Katoomba Myotherapy uses advanced musculoskeletal and neural techniques to treat sustained muscle fascial tension that is holding the body from its optimal symmetry. Pre Event Sports Massage
A pre sports event massage will usually be no longer than 15 mins and is a fast invigorating massage with the aim of stimulating and nourishing your muscles, tendons and ligaments which can reduce the risk of injury and boost your ability to perform at your best from the first minute on.
